Roast Potatoes

 

Simple yet delicious. Just remember that they take a while to cook, so prepare in advance.

Ingredients:

2 pounds (900g) baking potatoes (about 4 potatoes)
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks, wedges or fries. Toss with oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Spread out in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (204°C). for 45 to 60 minutes, until golden and tender. Makes 4 servings.
